Natural Ingredients
Our formulas are made with wholesome, healthy ingredients from nature rather than chemical formulas. We craft our bars with care and create recipes focused on naturally healing ingredients like goat's milk soap paired with plant-based oils and fragrances.
Sustainably Sourced
Our soaps use palm oil, which is a wonderful plant-based fat for making soap. It does have a bad reputation, though. We are aware some sources of palm oil use destructive processes that are harmful to ecosystems and local communities. We take care to only use sustainably sourced palm oil in our recipes so that you can feel good about every bar of soap you buy from us.
Cold-Processed Soap
Our soap is created with the cold process, which means it doesn't require excess heat to create. It's also minimally processed, which further conserves energy. We don't need to use any preservatives. Instead, we cure each bar for a few weeks until enough moisture evaporates to create a firm bar of soap that will give a good lather without melting.
Biodegradable Formulas
Those natural ingredients break down into harmless components once washed down the drain. You don't have to worry about the environmental hazards posed by the synthetic compounds in many conventional soaps, or by the byproducts generated in their production. By choosing our formulas, you're avoiding polluting waterways and harming wildlife.
Small, Locally Owned Business
As a small, local woman-owned business, we have a much smaller scale of operations than big corporations. On top of our commitment to quality ingredients and using healthy processes to create our soaps, we're also personally invested in our community and wouldn't dream of polluting our beautiful home.
